The teams are focused on the authentication and authorization architecture for the GoTymeX.\nThis is a unique opportunity arising from our successful growth. You'll start with some strong teams of existing and new backend/frontend engineers, and a Product Manager. Initially, you'll be about 40-50% hands-on, gradually transitioning to a more leadership-focused role. You'll architect scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions while mentoring and developing your team.\nYou'll collaborate with other Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Designers, Solution Architect, Technical Lead, and Product Engineers to define roadmaps, drive execution, and uphold best practices. You'll contribute to the codebase and guide your team in developing innovative solutions for our customers.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead and grow a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and excellence.\nOwn the full lifecycle of a product or component - from design and development to deployment and optimization.\nShape the technical roadmap alongside product and design teams.\nInfluence architecture and processes to ensure scalability, quality, and maintainability.\nRequirements\nTechnical Foundation\nExperience as an individual contributor for a significant part of career, being able to reason about systems and integrations at the level of an experienced senior engineer.\nAbility to review technical proposals and participate meaningfully in discussions\nExperience with microservices architecture, cloud infrastructure, and integration patterns\nLeadership Experience\n5+ years of experience leading engineering teams (20+ engineers in total)\nTrack record of scaling teams and processes in high-growth environments\nDemonstrated success in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration\nBusiness & Product Thinking\nStrong planning and execution skills with focus on business impact over technical novelty\nTrack record of delivery of complex projects in reasonable budget, time and scope constraints\nExperience translating complex business objectives into actionable technical initiatives\nComfort operating in ambiguous environments while providing clear direction\nCultural Fit\nYou help people grow, coaching and creating future leaders.\nStrong communication skills in English\nPassion for renewable energy and sustainable technology\nOverall Qualifications\nStrong engineer or engineering manager with hands-on leadership experience within an Authorization or Authentication environment, taking full ownership of products from concept to production in product-driven companies.\nStrong end-to-end ownership mindset-you take products or major components from concept to production, owning the full lifecycle.\nExcited to join a mission-driven, high-growth environment shaping the energy future.\nBenefits\nAt GoTymeX, opportunities are here for the taking.
