Обязанности:

  • Разрабатывать и реализовывать ИТ-стратегию с приоритетом на ИИ-решения
  • Внедрять AI-assisted и Agentic SDLC: LLM, RAG, AI-агентов с измеримым результатом
  • Развивать практики работы с LLM, RAG, Function Calling, AI-агентами и контекстным инжинирингом, обучение команд, распространение практики ИИ-культуры
  • Создавать безопасный контур работы с ИИ с учетом 152-ФЗ
  • Руководить внутренней разработкой и сопровождением ИТ-проектов на всех этапах - от инициации до поддержки
  • Развивать LMS и цифровую образовательную среду
  • Взаимодействовать с подрядчиками, вендорами и провайдерами, инициировать необходимые закупки, формировать технические задания
  • Управлять всей внутренней цифровой экосистемой: сайт, СДО/LMS, 1С, Битрикс, ЭДО, Jira, CRM, дашборды, СКУД, внутренние разработки
Требования:
  • Оконченное Высшее образование
  • Опыт управления командой от 3 лет, опыт руководства направлением/отделом
  • Опыт внедрения ИИ-решений: LLM и RAG в продакшн (2-3 проекта от пилота до эксплуатации) с измеримым бизнес-эффектом
  • Понимание требований ИБ и работы с рисками ИИ: галлюцинации, утечки, доступы, логирование, DLP
  • Опыт внедрения решения с учетом 152-ФЗ
  • Навык понимания архитектуры решений, оценки кода и технического решения
  • Знание AI SDLC/LLMOps-практик
  • Опыт управления портфелем инициатив, приоритизации, работы с бэклогом и дорожной картой, управленческие инструменты, Kanban
