You know their strengths and weaknesses and understand when and which model to choose for a specific task.\n\nWorking with AI Agents: Confident daily work with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.).\n\nPrompt Engineering & Validation: Ability to task models to get the highest quality results, and the skill to critically review generated code/content.\n\nTech Stack: Strong knowledge of Python (Django) and Next.js.\n\nGit: Solid proficiency with version control systems.\n\nAutonomy: You know how to drive processes and work without detailed specifications, making architectural and technical decisions independently.\n\nCuriosity: You keep your finger on the pulse of the AI industry, follow new tools, and quickly try them out in real-world work.\nNice to Have:\n\nPractical experience with LLM APIs.\n\nExperience with relational databases (PostgreSQL).\nSoft Skills:\n\nResponsibility: Said and done;
