In this role you will supervise the daily execution of work at construction sites to meet quality and timeliness requirements.\nBe part of the dynamic culture! Join us in office, three days a week to contribute, connect and excel in our vibrant environment.\nWorking with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:\nConstruction Management: Provide operational support services and sometimes act as first-line supervisor of an area of a construction project. Involves using existing systems and protocols.\nExternal Communications: Help others get the most out of external communications systems by offering support and advice.\n Health, Safety, and Environment: Follow the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate environmental risks and risks to the well-being of self and others in the workplace; instruct the team in safe working methods; identify instances of risky behaviors within the team and take appropriate action, escalating serious issues as appropriate.\nLeadership and Direction: Explain the local action plan, to support team members in their understanding of what needs to be done, and how this relates to the broader business plan and the organization's strategy, mission, and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.\nOperational Compliance: Identify, within the team, instances of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these instances and escalating issues as appropriate.\nOrganizational Capability Building: Provide coaching to team members to develop their skills.\nPerformance Management: Respond to personal objectives and use performance management systems to improve personal performance; or monitor the performance of the team, allocate work and review completion, take appropriate corrective action to ensure timeliness and quality, and contribute to formal individual performance management and appraisal.\nQuality Assurance: Plan and coordinate testing and inspection of products and processes. Implement corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives and monitor them to make sure they are effective.\nWork Scheduling and Allocation: Assign short-term work schedules to a team of subordinates in order to achieve expectations while following established timelines.\nWhat you will bring to the Team\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level in Construction Engineering or related field.\nExperience\nGeneral Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a related field.\nAs a multicultural organization, we encourage individual achievement and recognize the strength of a diverse workforce.
