We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of complex mechanical systems across buildings, infrastructure, and industrial developments.\nThis is a leadership role combining technical excellence, project delivery, and client engagement.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design and delivery of mechanical engineering systems across all project stages (concept, detailed design, construction, and commissioning).\nEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, IPC, NFPA, CIBSE, and relevant authority requirements).\nDrive design quality through technical reviews, calculations, simulations, value engineering, design optimization, and multidisciplinary coordination.\n\nUtilize advanced modelling and digital tools (Revit, BIM workflows, energy modelling platforms).\nProvide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.\nCoordinate with architects, structural, electrical, and specialist teams to ensure integrated design delivery.\nConduct site inspections, audits, and performance assessments to ensure alignment with design intent.\nLead mechanical design reviews, identify technical risks and design gaps, and implement practical engineering solutions in line with project requirements and commercial objectives.\nSupport project managers in tracking progress, managing risks, and maintaining delivery timelines.\nEngage directly with clients-presenting solutions, resolving challenges, and building long-term relationships.\nContribute to innovation initiatives, sustainability strategies, and digital engineering improvements.\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering.\nMinimum 8-12 years’ experience in mechanical engineering, specifically within building services in the UAE.\nProven experience delivering complex projects with minimal supervision.\nStrong expertise in:HVAC design and energy-efficient systems\nMechanical plant design and equipment selection\nPiping systems and system integration\n\nProficiency in industry-standard tools:AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), IES, HAP, and mechanical calculation software\n\nStrong knowledge of:UAE authority regulations and approval processes\nInternational codes (ASHRAE, IPC, NFPA where applicable)\n\nExperience in preparing:Technical reports and specifications\nFeasibility studies\n\nFamiliarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and smart building integration.\nStrong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery frameworks in the UAE.\nPreferred Attributes\nChartered Engineer status or working toward professional accreditation.\nExperience on large-scale or high-profile developments in the UAE or GCC.\nExposure to sustainability frameworks (LEED, Estidama, Net Zero strategies).\nExperience working in multidisciplinary consultancy environments.\nWhy Join Us?\nCollaborate in a multi-disciplinary, innovative environment where your input shapes both standardised and bespoke solutions.\nJoin a team that values knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and professional excellence.\n Be part of a workplace that combines collaboration, flexibility, and connection.
