You'll be someone who values collaboration, long-term client partnerships and making a lasting contribution to the projects and teams you support.\nWorking within our project delivery business, you'll play a key role in leading studies, managing multidisciplinary teams, and guiding projects from early-stage concept and feasibility through detailed design, execution and handover.\nWe are particularly interested in individuals who have built their careers within engineering consulting environments and have experience delivering major non-process infrastructure projects for mining and resources clients.\nThis position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:\nLeading studies, feasibility assessments, options evaluations and concept development activities\nManaging major projects from study phase through to detailed design, execution and close-out\nManaging scope, schedule, budget, risk and stakeholder expectations\nCoordinating multidisciplinary engineering and technical teams\nWorking directly with mining and resources clients to define project requirements and delivery strategies\nSupporting business development activities and proposal preparation where required\nManaging project governance, reporting and client communications\nProviding leadership and mentoring to project teams\nWhat you will bring to the team:\nProven success as a Project Manager or Study Manager within the mining, resources or industrial sectors, delivering outcomes across multiple project phases while building trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams\nA history of providing continuity of leadership and delivery, guiding projects and client relationships from studies through to execution\nStrong exposure to feasibility, definition, detailed design, execution and project close-out activities\nA consulting or EPCM background gained within engineering advisory and delivery environments\nElectrical engineering qualifications, coupled with technical involvement in power, utilities or broader infrastructure projects\nSound knowledge of project management methodologies, project controls, risk management and stakeholder engagement\nCapability to lead multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex project interfaces\nWell-developed communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across technical, commercial and client stakeholders at varying levels\nCommercial acumen including the management of contracts, preparation of project execution plans, budgets, schedules and delivery strategies\nRelevant tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering\nInterested?
