As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing structural systems for various building and infrastructure projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop structural systems for buildings projects, ensuring compliance with local authority design requirements and industry standards.\nCollaborate with project managers and other team members to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions that meet client requirements.\nReview and provide input on engineering designs, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.\nManage and mentor junior engineers and BIM technicians to ensure successful project execution.\nEnsure quality assurance and quality control procedures are followed throughout project execution.\nThe successful candidate will be a Senior Structural Engineer with a proven track record in the design of buildings and civil engineering or infrastructure-related structures, in reinforced concrete, and structural steelwork.\nExperience & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering or Structural Engineering. Master's degree preferred.\nMinimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on design of building structures.\nProfessional engineering license or equivalent certification preferred.\nExperience undertaking the design of water-retaining structures, building structures, steelwork or related infrastructure\nHas worked within multi-disciplinary teams, and has been responsible for co-ordination with MEP, Architecture, Utilities.\nProficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro) and computer-aided design (CAD) tools.\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, manage project budgets and schedules, and deliver successful outcomes.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.\nProven track record of successfully delivering structural engineering projects, with a focus on safety, quality, and innovation.\nFluency in English; Arabic language skills would be advantageous.\nExperience of working within a 3D design environment is needed and an ability to work to BIM protocols would be desirable\nA knowledge of practices and procedures used within the retail, commercial and/or industrial sectors would be an advantage.\nWhy Join Us?\nBe part of a globally recognised, fast-growing mission critical team delivering projects that blend technical excellence, sustainability, and commercial success.\nCollaborate in a multi-disciplinary, innovative environment where your input shapes both standardised and bespoke solutions.\nJoin a team that values knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and professional excellence.\n Be part of a workplace that combines collaboration, flexibility, and connection.
