This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on local and Queensland wide building projects, while working as part of our collaborative and supportive multi-disciplinary global team.\nWorking with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:\nLeading and supporting structural design projects for buildings, along with inspections, assessments, and reporting.\nWorking collaboratively with architects, project managers, building services and civil engineers in multidisciplinary teams delivering iconic projects.\nOngoing career development opportunities in a vibrant and collaborative workplace culture.\nProviding clients with expert technical guidance and strategic advice, while developing and maintaining strong and supportive client relationships.\nProject management and leading project teams to ensure successful project delivery.\nWhat you will bring to the team:\nDegree in Engineering (Civil/Structural)\nMinimum of 5 years industry experience as a Structural Engineer, with specific depth of experience in building design projects in a consulting environment.\nExperience utilising a broad range of skills across various types of buildings and materials.\nMembership of Engineers Australia and working towards CPEng and/or NER registration is desirable.\nComprehensive knowledge of Australian Building Codes and Standards. \nMembership of Engineers Australia and Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) preferred, or an equivalent professional accreditation (e.g. CPEng), or the ability to obtain these credentials.\n\nExperience in proposal and tender preparation for building projects, including Design & Construct (D&C) projects.\n\nExperience managing projects from conception to completion and demonstrated experience leading teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.\nStrong communication skills and ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.\nA passion for delivering high-quality, bespoke solutions and mentoring others.\nInterested?
