# Returns Specialist

The Returns Specialist is primarily responsible for the Open Box project and the Bulk Return program. This role requires a high level of attention to detail when inspecting returned items, preparing documentation, and converting returns into Open Box inventory. The Returns Specialist also ensures that all items in the Bulk Return program are processed accurately and sent back to vendors on schedule. Responsibilities Inspect, rebox, and relabel returned items and add them to inventory as Open Box items. Process all items in the Bulk Return program, preparing complete and accurate documentation for each vendor, boxing the items, and shipping them back to vendors. Generate new UPCs through GS1, submit NOP setup requests to Digital Merch, and add the items to NetSuite. Sort and organize returned items by category, condition, and storage location within the warehouse. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following warehouse safety protocols. Identify returned items that can be resold through special projects rather than donated. Oversee the disposition of donations to local and national charities. Perform additional duties as requested to support the warehouse and inventory team
