Responsibilities\nHandle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, website chat, email forms, and incoming calls.\n\nReview website bookings and follow up with customers when needed.\n\nProvide shipment status updates and handle customer-facing refund follow-up.\n\nReply to a limited number of incoming sales calls and help convert inquiries into bookings.\n\nCoordinate with the operations team when a customer issue requires courier or shipment investigation.\n\nUpdate customer records and follow CRM workflows accurately.\n\nSupport GoZagel email campaigns and blog publishing.\n\nKeep customer communication clear, professional, and timely.\n\nHelp update basic reports and customer-related records when required.\n\nRequirements\nRequirements\nVery good Arabic communication and writing skills.\n\nGood English.\n\nComfortable with WhatsApp, email, CRM systems, Google Sheets, and online tools.\n\nGood customer service and communication skills.\n\nOrganized, responsive, and able to follow up consistently.\n\nComfortable receiving customer calls.\n\nPrevious experience in customer support, ecommerce, call center, sales support, moderation, or admin work is preferred.\n\nBasic interest or experience in digital marketing/content publishing is a plus.\n\nPrevious experience in logistics is a big plus.\n\nWork Model\nFully remote.\n\nSaturday to Thursday.\n\n10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.\n\nFriday off.\n\nAll official public holidays are off.\n\nRamadan follows a half-day working
