is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to manage daily shipping operations, courier follow-up, payment confirmation, CRM updates, and operational reporting.\n\nMain Responsibilities\nGenerate shipment labels and review shipment details before processing.\n\nBook pickups and follow up with couriers until pickup is completed.\n\nFollow up with couriers regarding pickups, shipment issues, delays, rates, and delivery updates.\n\nHandle international/domestic courier operational tasks (Inquiries, complains, reconciliation)\n\nMake operational customer calls when needed for shipment issues or missing information.\n\nGenerate/update online payments invoices and register sales/payment details.\n\nConfirm received customer payments through approved payment methods and update records.\n\nSupport basic bookkeeping and courier invoice reconciliation.\n\nSupport refund handling by checking shipment/payment status and updating the required records.\n\nPrepare and update ads reports when required.\n\nReply to limited inbound sales calls and route/record the inquiry correctly.\n\nUpdate Zoho CRM stages, notes, tasks, and records according to company Blueprints and SLAs.\n\nUpdate the internal knowledge base with any new courier, payment, CRM, or process information.\n\nSend a brief daily update about completed tasks, pending cases, and urgent issues.\n\nWork Model\nRemote position.\n\nWorking days: Saturday to Thursday.\n\nWorking hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.\n\nFriday off.\n\nOfficial public holidays are off.\n\nDuring Ramadan, working hours follow a half-day working model.\n\nRequirements\nVery good Arabic communication skills.\n\nGood English reading/writing skills.\n\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nOrganized, responsible, and good at follow-up.\n\nComfortable using CRM systems, courier portals, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and online tools.\n\nPrevious experience in logistics, ecommerce operations, customer support, admin work, or payment follow-up is preferred.\n\nHonesty & Trustworthy and careful when handling payment
