As the technical bridge between Product Engineering, Managed Learning Services, Customer Success, and client technology teams, you will be responsible for configuring integrations, onboarding new customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the platform.\nThis is a highly collaborative and customer-facing role ideally suited to someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while delivering measurable business outcomes.\nLearn more: www.gpstrategies.com\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer Implementation\nLead the technical onboarding of new AIQ Ops customers.\nConfigure AIQ Ops environments to align with customer requirements.\nSupport implementation planning, technical discovery, and deployment activities.\nValidate customer readiness before production go-live.\nExecute implementation playbooks and deployment best practices.\nPlatform Integration\nDesign and configure integrations between AIQ Ops and enterprise systems, including: Learning Management Systems (LMS)\nHRIS platforms\nMicrosoft 365\nMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)\nLearning Experience Platforms (LXP)\nCRM platforms\nInternal workflow applications\nAPIs and middleware platforms\n\nImplement Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity management solutions.\nTroubleshoot API, authentication, and integration-related issues.\nMaintain integration documentation and technical standards.\nCustomer Success & Support\nAct as a trusted technical advisor throughout implementation and adoption.\nResolve technical issues and collaborate with Engineering teams when required.\nDeliver administrator training and user enablement activities.\nMonitor platform health, adoption, and performance.\nSupport customers through upgrades, releases, and new functionality.\nProduct Collaboration\nPartner with Product Managers to improve implementation processes.\nProvide customer feedback to influence product enhancements and roadmap decisions.\nAssist with testing and validation of new platform releases.\nDevelop reusable implementation assets, templates, and deployment methodologies.\nIdentify automation opportunities within onboarding and deployment workflows.\nOperational Excellence\nMaintain implementation documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.\nTrack implementation KPIs and project milestones.\nEnsure deployments comply with security, governance, and compliance requirements.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives across delivery and implementation teams.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nSuccess in this role will be measured by:\nSuccessful customer go-lives\nFaster customer time-to-value\nHigh customer adoption and engagement\nQuality and consistency of implementations\nCustomer satisfaction and retention\nPlatform stability and performance\nReliable integrations\nIncreased efficiency through repeatable and scalable deployment processes\nRequired Skills & Experience\nEssential\nExperience implementing SaaS solutions within enterprise environments.\nExperience integrating cloud applications using REST APIs.\nStrong understanding of authentication technologies including SSO, OAuth, and SAML.\nExperience working with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nCustomer-facing implementation, consulting, or technical delivery experience.\nExperience working within Agile product and development environments.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication abilities.\nPreferred\nExperience implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS).\nExperience within Learning & Development technology environments.\nMicrosoft Power Platform knowledge.\nSQL and reporting experience.\nWorkflow automation experience.\nExposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices.\nAI platform implementation experience.\nExperience supporting enterprise software deployments.\nTechnical Skills\nREST APIs\nJSON\nOAuth\nSAML\nMicrosoft Entra ID\nMicrosoft Azure\nMicrosoft 365\nPower Platform\nJira\nAzure DevOps\nGit\nAPI testing tools (Postman)\nWhy Join GP Strategies?\nAt GP Strategies, growth is more than a business objective-it's our purpose.
