Working closely with learning leaders, program teams and business stakeholders, the successful candidate will help ensure programs are delivered efficiently and achieve intended outcomes.\nReporting to: Senior Learning Leader or Program Sponsor within the Learning Function.\nContract Details:\nFull-Time, 6-month contract, Open to renewal\nSuccess Measures:\nTimely and accurate program reporting.\n\nEffective management of program governance activities.\n\nAccurate tracking of learner participation, completion and outcomes.\n\nPositive stakeholder feedback regarding program operations support.\n\nEffective identification and management of risks, dependencies and operational issues.\n\nSuccessful coordination of job tasting, certification and learner journey activities.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nProgram Operations & Governance:\n\nOwn operational tracking and reporting across learning and reskilling journeys.\n\nMaintain program governance processes and meetings, including action, decision, dependency, and risk tracking.\n\nMaintain program documentation, trackers and operational records.\n\nTrack participation, completion and program outcome metrics.\n\nJourney Operations & Coordination:\n\nSupport the day-to-day operational management of learning and reskilling journeys.\n\nCoordinate learner journey activities and milestones across multiple program.\n\nSupport the organization and coordination of job tasting activities and related logistics.\n\nQuality, Outcomes & Continuous Improvement:\n\nCapture and monitor learner and stakeholder feedback.\n\nTrack key performance indicators, quality measures and program outcomes.\n\nCertification & Compliance Tracking:\n\nTrack certification and program completion requirements.\n\nMonitor learner completion status and follow up on outstanding actions.\n\nSupport participants in resolving access, approval or process-related issues impacting completion.\n\nMaintain appropriate records and evidence relating to program participation and completion.\n\nEssential Requirements\nExperience supporting program operations, learning operations, PMO or project coordination activities.\n\nStrong reporting and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate program data.\n\nStrong organizational and coordination skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.\n\nExperience working with multiple stakeholder groups in a complex environment.\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.\nDesirable Requirements\n\nExperience supporting learning, talent, workforce transformation or reskilling programs.\n\nExperience within financial services or other regulated industries.\n\nFamiliarity with learner journeys, career pathways or talent development programs.\n\nExperience supporting regional or global programs.\n\nExposure to governance, PMO or operational excellence
