concisely articulate project or program structure and goals\nCultivate and nurture new and existing client relationships with the account\nCommunicate understanding of the programs and projects \nUpon client intake request, draft preliminary budget range, document client’s expectation for timing and estimate project resource needs\nEnsure project milestones are met and deliverables are on time, on/under budget and meet/exceed client expectations\nMaintain visibility to projects and forecast financials as well as obstacles\nHelps prepare the project team for internal and external team meetings and presentations\nLend ad-hoc support to various project teams, as necessary, during project implementation\nReport feedback, concerns, comments and questions from the client to the project team\n\nTravel to and work in the company’s office to attend meetings or travel to the client’s office for meetings\n\nTravel to support off-site events that the team has created content for\n\nContinuous education regarding learning and development industry trends\n\nExperience\nWorking in the automotive industry, working with dealerships and the Field organization are a plus\nWorking directly with multiple clients for more than 2 years required\nWorking with project teams to complete projects daily\nBachelor’s Degree in related discipline preferred\nMicrosoft Office Suite including MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint
