The Project Coordinator is the central point of communication for the internal team, interfaces with the client, account leadership, Operations, project team members and contractors in order to meet the pre-specified parameters of time, quality and budget for final deliverables. The Project Coordinator supports the project team, ensuring they are well-coordinated, connected and engaged.\n\nEssential Duties And Responsibilities\n\nActively support the project team’s efforts by developing the project plan and scope management in conjunction with the ISD, allocating and managing resources, documenting and managing risks, planning project transitions and offering ongoing maintenance and support\n\nDevelop and manage a set scope of work and detailed project plan through: setting effective expectations, communications, project change control, budget monitoring, and overall business understanding of the project needs\n\nCommunicates alignment between projects and Operations, Account Managers and client-level initiatives\n\nMaintain routine communications with the stakeholders, Operations and internal project team regarding project schedule, budget, scope and risk\n\nLend ad-hoc support to various project teams, as necessary, during project implementation\n\nLead lessons learned/project implementation reviews after project completion\n\nEffectively manage multiple priorities\n\nEnsure project milestones are met and deliverables are on time, on/under budget and meet/exceed client expectations\n\nPrepare the project team for internal and external team meetings, to include: schedule the meeting and appropriate resources, create the meeting agenda, take notes and action items during the meeting and disseminate notes to all stakeholders, as appropriate\n\nInterface with subcontractors and consultants to ensure project alignment and that adequate staffing is available to meet customer needs\n\nConduct internal project review meetings and serve as project information source\n\nReport feedback, concerns, comments and questions from the client to the project team\n\nPerform final GP review of deliverables and monitor project deliverables to ensure quality levels are attained\n\nManage print and delivery schedule for asset production; route other materials as needed and source other items, as required, to support the learning experience\n\nMaintain integrity of final asset repository (share drive)\n\nMake process improvement recommendations to leadership as required\n\nAlong with the project team, help manage intake requests to ensure adequate requirements and details are gathered for input into staffing decisions\n\nHelp identify, coordinate and direct the staff assigned to the project;
