Candidates with experience supporting automotive OEMs, EV manufacturers, mobility organizations, dealer networks, manufacturing operations, or technical training programs are highly preferred.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead End-to-End Learning Production\nManage the full lifecycle of learning initiatives, including digital, virtual, instructor-led, and technical training programs.\n\nPartner with instructional designers, learning program managers, technical trainers, and vendors to bring learning concepts to life.\n\nEnsure new learning experiences are delivered on time, within scope, and with consistent quality.\n\nSupport leadership development, technical capability, compliance, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives.\n\nPlan, Coordinate & Execute\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and risk logs.\n\nManage multiple concurrent initiatives with overlapping timelines and stakeholders.\n\nFacilitate alignment across designers, SMEs, technical experts, vendors, and leadership teams.\n\nMonitor project progress, resource allocation, budgets, and critical deliverables.\n\nStakeholder & Working Group Management\nLead working group meetings and design reviews with instructional designers, SMEs, technical experts, and vendors.\n\nEnsure requirements are clearly defined and validated prior to design and development.\n\nAct as a trusted partner, educating stakeholders on learning design processes and project governance best practices.\n\nProvide proactive communication and executive-level project updates.\n\nQuality, Communication & Continuous Improvement\nEnsure deliverables meet agreed-upon acceptance criteria, instructional standards, and business requirements.\n\nProvide regular status updates, surface risks early, and drive issue resolution.\n\nGather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend process enhancements.\n\nSupport production roadmaps, vendor management, resource planning, and budget tracking.\n\nDrive continuous improvement across learning development and deployment processes.\n\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.\n\n5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably supporting learning, training, talent development, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.\n\nExperience managing the development and deployment of learning solutions across multiple formats, including:\neLearning\n\nVideo-based learning\n\nVirtual instructor-led training\n\nClassroom training\n\nTechnical training programs\n\nSimulations, microlearning, and performance support tools\n\nStrong ability to manage aggressive timelines with accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nHighly organized, able to prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nComfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to complex work.\n\nStrong consulting mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority.\n\nCollaborative, relationship-driven approach to teamwork.\n\nProficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nAutomotive, mobility, EV, manufacturing, industrial, or technical training experience.\n\nPMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification.\n\nAdvanced degree or professional certification in Project Management, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related disciplines.\n\nExperience using SAM, Agile, or iterative learning development methodologies.\n\n3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training Operations, or a creative studio environment.\n\nExperience leading design reviews and working sessions with SMEs and technical experts.\n\nUnderstanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.\n\nExperience supporting dealership training, field training, service training, manufacturing training, or workforce development programs.\n\nWhy This Role Matters\nYou will play a key role in shaping learning experiences that develop leaders, strengthen technical capabilities, and support organizational performance across the automotive industry.
