We offer a collaborative culture, real career growth, and benefits that invest in your future.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nSupport the administration of private funds and related entities across multiple jurisdictions.\nAssist with investor onboarding, requests, due diligence, screenings, and ongoing record maintenance.\nSupport capital calls, distributions, treasury activities, and investor portal administration.\nAssist with client and investor communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses.\nSupport the onboarding of new funds, entities, and investors, including required documentation, approvals, and risk assessments.\nAssist with company secretarial and governance activities, including board materials, meetings, filings, and corporate calendars.\nMaintain accurate fund, client, and investor records in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.\nCollaborate with Fund Accounting, Company Secretarial, and Operations teams to meet client deadlines and service expectations.\nIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and consistency.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nDegree-level education or equivalent relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, Law, Governance, Business, or a related field preferred.\n1+ years of fund administration, financial services, company secretarial, governance, or related experience preferred; internship or placement experience may be considered.\nBasic understanding of fund administration with a strong willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge.\nInterest in pursuing CGI (Chartered Governance Institute) studies or another relevant professional qualification is a plus.\nStrong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).\nWhy GPFS?\nStrong training plans and materials provided.\nProfessional qualification support to invest in your career development.\nCompany Paid Medical Coverage.\nCompany-Paid Life Insurance.\nGenerous Holiday Allowance.\nInclusive, team-oriented culture where people come first.\nAt GPFS, every voice matters and every win is shared.
