Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Solutions Engineer based in India to design, develop, administer, and govern enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
This role requires deep hands-on development expertise combined with platform governance, automation strategy, and integration capabilities.
The ideal candidate understands Power Platform as a scalable enterprise platformnot just a low-code tooland can build secure, performant, and maintainable solutions integrated with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and emerging AI/Copilot capabilities.
This is both a technical and strategic role with direct influence on solution architecture, development standards, and platform adoption across Corporate Services.
Key Accountabilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Build and manage complex workflows using Power Automate, including approvals, error handling, and integrations.
- Administer Power Platform environments, including Dev/Test/Prod strategy and solution deployments.
- Design, configure, and manage SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and content types.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, Planner, OneDrive).
- Implement integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or custom connectors.
- Support AI-enabled automation using Copilot Studio, Azure AI services and any other AI tooling as applicable.
- Enforce platform standards, documentation, and development best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Mentor and guide citizen developers while maintaining governance controls.

Well-architected Power Platform solutions with high adoption, strong performance, and minimal technical debt; clear solution documentation; consistent governance compliance; and positive feedback from business stakeholders.
Candidate Profile :
Experience & Capability :
- 3+ years of experience designing or delivering enterprise applications, with at least 2 years on Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proven ability to design scalable low-code solutions for complex business scenarios.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements discovery skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Technical Strength :
- Expert knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, data modelling, and security roles.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
- Knowledge of ALM, Dev/Test/Prod environments, and governance best practices.
- Exposure to Copilot Studio or AI-enabled automation is an advantage.
