The role

As our Workplace Experience Concierge, you'll be the first face people see and the lasting impression they carry with them, whether that's a first-time visitor, a valued investor or a colleague starting their day. This role is all about people. You'll bring warmth, professionalism and meticulous attention to detail to everything you do, ensuring the flow of people through our office is seamless, welcoming and a true reflection of GPT.

What you will be doing

• Welcoming and Professional Guest Experience: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, investors, board members and employees, ensuring a seamless reception and check-in experience while delivering exceptional customer service that reflects GPT's brand and culture.
• Meeting Room Management: Ensure meeting rooms, reception and shared spaces are consistently presented to a high standard, coordinating meeting room setups, refreshments and resets, and working closely with Facilities and Workplace teams to address any issues.
• Administrative and Operational Support: Support the smooth running of daily workplace operations through efficient visitor management, general administration, meeting and event coordination, and managing enquiries through the shared GPT inbox, while maintaining confidentiality and security standards.
• Culture and Employee Engagement: Create a welcoming and inclusive workplace experience by supporting company events, investor visits, board meetings and new starter onboarding, ensuring every interaction positively reflects GPT's values and culture.
• Barista Coffee Service (desirable): Deliver high-quality barista coffee and refreshments to visitors and employees, providing a personalised and attentive service that enhances the overall workplace experience.

You bring prior experience in a client-facing or front-of-house customer-focused role within a professional environment, and are proactive, approachable and genuinely passionate about delivering exceptional experience with high standards reflected in everything you do.

You thrive both independently and as part of a high-performing team, bringing a calm and flexible approach to busy periods, shifting priorities and whatever the moment requires.

Your interpersonal and communication skills are excellent, you know how to connect with people at every level

You are confident using Microsoft Office, with SharePoint and OneDrive experience highly regarded.
