You will collaborate across multiple functions to solve technical challenges, support key business initiatives, and take ownership of engineering activities throughout the product development lifecycle.\nImpact\nProduct Design & Development\nContribute to concept development, design, prototyping, testing, validation, documentation, and release of new products.\nDevelop engineering solutions that meet customer, manufacturing, quality, and market requirements.\nCreate and maintain 3D models, engineering drawings, bills of materials, and product documentation.\nSupport continuous improvement of existing products through design enhancements, cost reduction initiatives, and quality improvements.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Technical Support, and Sales teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.\nParticipate in design reviews and engineering evaluations to ensure robust, manufacturable product solutions.\nSupport new product launches and implementation activities across the organization.\nCommunicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nCustomer & Business Support\nDesign and document customized equipment solutions to meet customer requirements and project specifications.\nProvide engineering support for customer inquiries, product applications, and technical problem-solving activities.\nSupport key organizational initiatives that improve customer satisfaction, operational performance, and product competitiveness.\nAssist with field investigations, product evaluations, and corrective action activities when necessary.\nCulture of Excellence\nEnsure engineering work is completed accurately and efficiently while adhering to established standards and best practices.\nDemonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned projects and deliverables.\nContinuously develop technical knowledge and engineering expertise.\nContribute to a collaborative culture focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and customer success.\nExperience and Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, agricultural engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent technical, drafting, or field experience will be considered.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and demonstrated ability to develop practical, innovative engineering solutions.\nProficiency in 3D modeling and mechanical design principles, with experience designing sheet metal components preferred.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nThree to five years of experience in product or design engineering.\nExperience with Creo and Windchill.\nHands-on experience with fabrication, manufacturing, or assembly processes.\nExperience in the agricultural equipment industry.\nCompensation and Benefits\nExpected annual salary for this role will be $70,000 - $100,000 plus a bonus target.
