The position will help the team operate efficiently by supporting HubSpot execution, content updates, presentation and graphic production, asset organization, quality assurance, and special projects.\nResponsibilities\nHubSpot & Marketing Automation\nSupport day-to-day administration and execution within HubSpot, User setup onboarding/offboarding.\nBuild, update, test, and maintain marketing emails, campaigns, forms, landing pages, nurture programs, and workflows.\nCreate and maintain audience segments, targeting criteria, and marketing lists using documented business rules\nAssist with contact, company, and deal data organization - cleanup, deduplication, hygiene, and ongoing data quality checks across records and pipeline stages\nComplete pre-launch quality assurance, including links, formatting, personalization, workflow logic, suppression rules, and audience selections.\n Support basic campaign tracking, recurring exports, reconciliations, and reporting.\nContent & Digital Support\nMake routine, approved updates to AAFCPAs digital properties and internal marketing resources.\nUpdate professional biographies, , and other approved content.\nFormat and upload content while preserving technical meaning and following brand standards.\nSupport routine on-page SEO maintenance (meta descriptions, alt text, internal linking) and basic technical audits (broken links, outdated schema markup) on AAFCPAs digital properties.\nAssist with keeping website content structured and up to date for both traditional search and emerging AI-driven search tools (GEO), following documented standards.\nMarketing Hub & Asset Administration\nMaintain the Marketing Hub and centralized asset libraries, so approved resources are current and organized.\nOrganize templates, presentations, logos, graphics, photography, collateral, webinar materials, and campaign files.\nArchive outdated materials and maintain naming conventions, folder structures, version control,\nHelp ensure current branding is consistently applied across marketing assets.\nProduction & Team Support\nPowerPoint & Presentation Production\nCreate and update PowerPoint slides and presentations using approved templates and brand standards.\nUpdate layouts, charts, graphics, speaker information, and recurring presentation materials.\nConduct final formatting and quality control reviews before internal distribution or external use.\nGraphic Design & Marketing Production\nUpdate existing collateral and templates using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or other authorized tools.\n Follow AAFCPAs brand standards and route work for review and approval.\nSpecial Projects\nSupport other operational assignments that improve team efficiency and execution.\n Maintain end-of-day handoff notes on in-progress work to keep the U.S. team unblocked across time\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field.\nExperience in marketing operations, digital marketing, marketing coordination, production, or administrative support.\nHands-on experience with HubSpot\nExperience building lists, workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and audience segments.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office.\nExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar design tools.\n Experience updating content through a website content management system.\nStrong written English, proofreading, organizational, file-management, and quality-control skills.\nAbility to manage multiple requests, follow established procedures, protect confidential information, and work across time zones.\nWFH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nMinimum Internet Speed: 50-100
