Our people make it real.\nIf you’re a challenger in spirit and a champion in action - join us.\nWhy this role exists\nThis role exists to ensure efficient, scalable, and predictable casino operations across game provider integrations, game releases, and content management.\nYou’ll help us improve operational delivery by leading the Casino Operations team, establishing clear processes and service standards, and using automation and AI to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and increase team efficiency.\nWhat you’ll drive\nTeam leadership & people management\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of Casino Operations and Content Specialists;\n\nAllocate workload and balance team capacity across game releases, provider onboardings, and ad-hoc requests;\n\nSet clear performance expectations and operational benchmarks;\n\nConduct regular 1:1 meetings, provide feedback, and support team members’ professional growth;\n\nFoster accountability, collaboration, and a high-performing team environment.\n\nCasino operations & SLA management\nOversee the end-to-end operational lifecycle, including provider onboarding, game activations, and configurations;\n\nManage incoming requests from Account Management, Sales, Product, and other internal stakeholders, prioritizing them based on business impact;\n\nEnsure timely request resolution and adherence to agreed service-level agreements (SLAs);\n\nAct as the escalation point for complex operational issues and coordinate their resolution;\n\nMonitor operational performance and identify bottlenecks affecting delivery speed or quality.\n\nProcess ownership & knowledge management\nDefine, document, and continuously improve standardized operational processes for provider onboarding, game releases, and configuration changes;\n\nEstablish clear workflows, ownership, handoffs, and lead times between the team and internal stakeholders;\n\nBuild and maintain a self-service knowledge base in Confluence;\n\nEnsure internal teams can independently access operational guidelines, requirements, and expected timelines;\n\nIdentify process gaps and implement improvements that reduce errors and make delivery more predictable.\n\nAutomation, AI & operational efficiency\nAudit operational workflows to identify repetitive manual tasks and opportunities for automation;\n\nImplement automated workflows and no-code solutions to improve operational efficiency;\n\nIdentify and introduce AI tools for configuration checks, bulk updates, documentation, and reporting;\n\nDrive AI adoption within the team and integrate AI-assisted workflows into everyday operations;\n\nMeasure the impact of process improvements through delivery speed, accuracy, and workload efficiency.\n\nWhat makes you a GR8 fit\nMust-have\n3+ years of experience in casino operations, content management, or game provider integrations within the iGaming industry;\n\n1-2+ years of experience in a team lead or management role, including direct people management and workload planning;\n\nProven experience optimizing operational processes and improving delivery efficiency, quality, or error rates;\n\nFamiliarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems, Confluence, and basic API testing tools;\n\nStrong understanding of operational workflows, prioritization, and SLA management;\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills;\n\nProfessional fluency in English.\n\nNice to have\nExperience implementing automation or no-code solutions in operational workflows;\n\nHands-on experience using AI tools to improve team productivity;\n\nExperience building internal knowledge bases and standard operating procedures;\n\nExperience managing operations across multiple game providers and coordinating cross-functional delivery.\n\nWhy you’ll love working here:\nBenefits Cafeteria - annual budget you allocate to:\nSports\nMedical\nMental health\nHome office\nLanguages.\nWork-life & support\nPaid maternity/paternity leave + monthly childcare allowance.\n\n20+ vacation days, unlimited sick leave, emergency time off.\n\nRemote-first + tech support + coworking compensation.\n\nTeam events (online/offline/offsite).\n\nLearning culture with internal courses + growth programs.\n\nOur culture & core values:\nGR8_TECH culture is how we win - through trust, ownership, and a growth mindset.
