Our people make it real.\nIf you’re a challenger in spirit and a champion in action - join us.\nWhy this role exists\nThis role exists to support the growth and operational performance of our payment provider network.\nYou’ll help us manage the full provider lifecycle - from initial offer review and KYB checks to contracting, integration, performance monitoring, and ongoing partner management. You’ll also bring structure and visibility to provider negotiations and commercial activity through accurate CRM and performance tracking.\nWhat you’ll drive\nProvider sourcing & commercial evaluation\nReview incoming PSP proposals and rate cards, assessing commercial attractiveness and operational feasibility;\n\nConduct competitive analysis to understand provider positioning and market conditions;\n\nTrack ongoing negotiations, commercial terms, and provider status in the CRM;\n\nMaintain a clear view of the payment provider pipeline and upcoming opportunities;\n\nProvider onboarding & integrations\nSupport KYB and compliance checks by coordinating required corporate documentation;\n\nDrive the contracting process through execution in collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams;\n\nCoordinate documentation handover and preparation for technical integrations;\n\nTrack integration progress and help unblock issues across internal and external teams;\n\nPerformance & analytics\nMonitor daily transaction conversion rates and key payment performance metrics across providers;\n\nIdentify anomalies, performance drops, and operational opportunities;\n\nPrepare regular performance analysis and highlight areas requiring attention;\n\nPrepare monthly and quarterly business review materials for key PSP partners;\n\nPartner & stakeholder management\nMaintain effective working relationships with payment providers and vendor partners;\n\nCoordinate with internal Payments, Legal, Compliance, Product, Finance, and Technical teams;\n\nSupport ongoing provider lifecycle management and administrative workflows;\n\nCommunicate updates, risks, and action points clearly to relevant stakeholders;\n\nCRM & process management\nOwn and maintain HubSpot data for the Payments team, including provider status, contracts, fees, and partner information;\n\nEnsure all deals, negotiations, and relevant provider interactions are accurately tracked;\n\nImprove data quality and visibility across the payment provider pipeline;\n\nContribute to more efficient and structured provider management processes.\n\nWhat makes you a GR8 fit\nMust-have\n1-2 years of experience in Fintech, Payments, E-commerce, Business Development, or Business Operations;\n\nUnderstanding of payment providers, payment flows, or basic payment performance metrics;\n\nHands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot;\n\nFamiliarity with KYB/KYC processes and basic legal or compliance documentation;\n\nStrong analytical skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and business data;\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail;\n\nGood verbal and written communication skills;\n\nNice to have\nExperience working directly with PSPs or payment vendors;\n\nUnderstanding of metrics such as approval/conversion rates, chargeback ratios, and transaction volumes;\n\nExperience supporting payment integrations or technical projects;\n\nExperience preparing business reviews or performance reports for partners;\n\nExperience in an international or fast-growing environment.\n\nWhy you’ll love working here:\nBenefits Cafeteria - annual budget you allocate to:\nSports\nMedical\nMental health\nHome office\nLanguages.\nWork-life & support\nPaid maternity/paternity leave + monthly childcare allowance.\n\n20+ vacation days, unlimited sick leave, emergency time off.\n\nRemote-first + tech support + coworking compensation.\n\nTeam events (online/offline/offsite).\n\nLearning culture with internal courses + growth programs.\n\nOur culture & core values:\nGR8_TECH culture is how we win - through trust, ownership, and a growth mindset.
