You’ll help deliver high-quality releases by owning manual testing activities, improving QA processes, and partnering closely with engineering and product teams to identify issues before they reach production.\nWhat you’ll drive:\nTest execution & quality assurance\nCreate, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.\n\nPerform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.\n\nValidate software against functional and non-functional requirements.\n\nVerify bug fixes and ensure high-quality releases.\n\nSupport performance and load testing activities where required.\n\nDefect management\nIdentify, document, prioritize, and track software defects.\n\nInvestigate issues and provide clear reproduction steps.\n\nWork closely with developers to resolve defects efficiently.\n\nAnalyze recurring issues and recommend preventive improvements.\n\nCollaboration & delivery\nPartner with developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.\n\nContribute to test planning and ensure comprehensive test coverage.\n\nCommunicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics clearly.\n\nSupport release readiness by validating critical functionality.\n\nProcess improvement\nImprove testing documentation, QA processes, and testing methodologies.\n\nContribute to the development of reusable test scenarios and frameworks.\n\nHelp increase testing efficiency through better tooling and automation collaboration.\n\nShare knowledge and support junior QA engineers in their professional growth.\n\nWhat makes you a GR8 fit:\nMust-have\n3+ years of experience in Manual QA or Software Testing within the FinTech domain.\n\nStrong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC.\n\nExperience with functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.\n\nExperience working with bug tracking and test management tools.\n\nGood understanding of relational databases and ability to write SQL queries.\n\nExperience testing web applications and APIs.\n\nFamiliarity with Git and modern development workflows.\n\nUnderstanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.\n\nUpper-Intermediate English or higher, with fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.\n\nNice-to-have\nExperience testing mobile applications (iOS and Android).\n\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.\n\nBasic knowledge of automation testing tools and scripting.\n\nUnderstanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.\n\nExperience in high-load or product-based environments.\n\nWhy you’ll love working here:\nBenefits Cafeteria - annual budget you allocate to:\nSports\nMedical\nMental health\nHome office\nLanguages.\nWork-life & support\nPaid maternity/paternity leave + monthly childcare allowance.\n\n20+ vacation days, unlimited sick leave, emergency time off.\n\nRemote-first + tech support + coworking compensation.\n\nTeam events (online/offline/offsite).\n\nLearning culture with internal courses + growth programs.\n\nOur culture & core values:\nGR8_TECH culture is how we win - through trust, ownership, and a growth mindset.
