You’ll help us stretch our budgets and accelerate operations by taking end-to-end ownership of the procurement pipeline-from requirements to signed contracts and renewals.\nWhat you’ll drive:\nCommercial Strategy & Outcomes\nDrive cost-saving and cost-avoidance initiatives through aggressive vendor negotiations, volume consolidation, and license optimization.\n\nContinuously review active agreements to flag commercial risks, redundant tools, and renegotiation opportunities.\n\nTrack and report key spend metrics, realized savings, vendor performance, and contract renewal pipelines.\n\nDiscovery & Selection\nTranslate internal stakeholder requests into clear procurement requirements and specs.\n\nConduct targeted market research to identify alternative vendors and benchmark market pricing.\n\nLead clear RFQ/RFP processes and build data-backed comparative analyses (total cost of ownership) to guide buy decisions.\n\nExecution & Delivery\nOwn the complete purchase lifecycle: vendor sourcing, commercial negotiations, contract routing, and execution.\n\nPartner closely with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to resolve contract bottlenecks and maintain policy compliance.\n\nManage tracking, subscription renewals, non-renewals, and administrative records across 1C ERP and Jira.\n\nStakeholder & Vendor Management\nAct as a trusted commercial advisor to internal teams, guiding them through procurement limits and approval workflows.\n\nBuild pragmatic vendor relationships, resolve operational/billing disputes, and escalate performance failures early.\n\nWhat makes you a GR8 fit:\nMust-have:\n4+ years of hands-on procurement experience managing indirect categories end-to-end.\n\nProven track record of independently negotiating favorable commercial terms, pricing, and SLA structures.\n\nExperience running structured RFQ/RFP processes and conducting total-cost-of-ownership evaluations.\n\nStrong working knowledge of 1C ERP systems, Jira, and advanced Google Sheets (formulas, data modeling).\n\nPractical understanding of commercial contract terms and cross-functional sign-off workflows (Legal/InfoSec/Finance).\n\nHigh agency and ability to prioritize dozens of active requests and tight deadline renewals simultaneously.\n\nUpper-Intermediate English and fluent Ukrainian or Russian.\n\nNice-to-have:\nDegree in Business, Economics, or Supply Chain.\n\nExperience negotiating SaaS, IT, or digital service contracts.\n\nBackground in optimizing procurement processes or automating manual purchasing steps.\n\nWhy you’ll love working here:\nBenefits Cafeteria - annual budget you allocate to:\nSports\nMedical\nMental health\nHome office\nLanguages.\nWork-life & support\nPaid maternity/paternity leave + monthly childcare allowance.\n\n20+ vacation days, unlimited sick leave, emergency time off.\n\nRemote-first + tech support + coworking compensation.\n\nTeam events (online/offline/offsite).\n\nLearning culture with internal courses + growth programs.\n\nOur culture & core values:\nGR8_TECH culture is how we win - through trust, ownership, and a growth mindset.
