Our people make it real.\nIf you’re a challenger in spirit and a champion in action - join us.\nWhat you’ll drive\nPayment configuration & launch management\nConfigure projects, MIDs, payment methods, gateways, and client requests in Back Office according to agreed priorities;\n\nReview requirements and clarify missing information before starting configuration;\n\nUse AI-assisted tools, such as Kiro, to prepare MID configuration tasks based on client requirements and provider documentation;\n\nPerform pre-production and production checks using established checklists and attach supporting evidence to Jira tasks;\n\nCoordinate testing with PSPs, local testers, and merchant teams;\n\nExecute production launches and verify initial transactions after each launch.\n\nTechnical troubleshooting & support\nProvide L3 support for configuration-related issues and resolve them within agreed SLAs;\n\nInvestigate issues using logs, API responses, transaction records, and SQL queries;\n\nValidate API contracts, payloads, webhooks, and callbacks to identify configuration issues;\n\nEscalate blockers, dependencies, and delivery risks to the Team Lead;\n\nSupport merchant teams in troubleshooting payment configuration issues.\n\nProcess improvement & documentation\nMaintain configuration records, setup instructions, and troubleshooting documentation;\n\nDevelop a working knowledge of the 3API product, Payment Gateway adapters, and related configuration processes;\n\nCollaborate with Product and Analytics teams to simplify configuration in Back Office and the Merchant Dashboard;\n\nIdentify recurring issues and propose improvements to configuration workflows;\n\nUse AI-assisted tools to improve configuration accuracy and reduce manual work.\n\nMerchant enablement & collaboration\nWork closely with internal teams, PSPs, local testers, and merchant teams to ensure successful payment launches;\n\nTrain merchant teams to configure MIDs and payment methods in Back Office using approved instructions;\n\nCommunicate configuration requirements, testing results, and potential risks clearly;\n\nEnsure smooth handovers and consistent execution of established processes.\n\nWhat makes you a GR8 fit\nMust-have\nAt least 1-1.5 years of experience in payment integration configuration, technical operations, or a similar role;\n\nHands-on experience configuring payment methods and Merchant IDs (MIDs);\n\nStrong understanding of JSON and XML, including payload structures and provider schemas;\n\nExperience with REST APIs, API contract validation, and Postman or equivalent tools;\n\nWorking knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL for data validation and troubleshooting;\n\nUnderstanding of webhooks, callbacks, and common payment flows, including authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, and voids;\n\nKnowledge of 3-D Secure (3DS), Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), and MID management;\n\nFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, manual testing, and log analysis tools;\n\nBasic understanding of CI/CD and software development lifecycle processes;\n\nEnglish at B2 level or above;\n\nUkrainian or Russian at B1 level or above.\n\nNice to have\nExperience in the iGaming industry;\n\nFamiliarity with KYC/AML requirements and fraud prevention controls relevant to payment configuration;\n\nExperience using AI-assisted tools for technical configuration or documentation;\n\nExperience supporting production launches and resolving payment-related incidents.\n\nWhy you’ll love working here:\nBenefits Cafeteria - annual budget you allocate to:\nSports\nMedical\nMental health\nHome office\nLanguages.\nWork-life & support\nPaid maternity/paternity leave + monthly childcare allowance.\n\n20+ vacation days, unlimited sick leave, emergency time off.\n\nRemote-first + tech support + coworking compensation.\n\nTeam events (online/offline/offsite).\n\nLearning culture with internal courses + growth programs.\n\nOur culture & core values:\nGR8_TECH culture is how we win - through trust, ownership, and a growth mindset.
