You are here to evolve the system.\nThe Mission\nTurn AI Into Engineering Leverage\nWe are moving beyond “AI demos.” You will help architect and scale:\nAI-assisted development workflows\n\nAgentic operational automation\n\nReliability guardrails powered by AI\n\nSafe, test-backed automation systems\n\nThe goal is measurable improvement in:\nEngineering velocity\n\nCode quality\n\nOperational efficiency\n\nYou will shape how AI becomes embedded into how engineers work - not as a tool, but as infrastructure.\n2.
