Part of the group is also actively involved in all Safety & Fraud related activities.\nThe Driver Operations team supports all Grab's business verticals and operations in the Philippines, and is responsible for all driver-related aspects of the platform.\nAs a team, it helps influence the overall strategic direction of the company supporting the top management with driver partners and related management and insights.\n Get to know the Role:\nYou will be leading and managing overall acquisition related operations in the Driver Acquisition Team.\nManage and lead end-to-end driver acquisition activities (strategy conceptualization, lead generation, planning, ground execution, and activation).\nBuild driver onboarding lifecycle -- from pre-onboarding to driver activation.\nLead strategic discussions with internal and external partners.\nEnsure that driver acquisition journey and training methods are clear and concise, thus resulting in partner-riders that are well educated in the system.\nConduct results analysis, process improvement, and tracking and compiling acquisition results trends for high impact strategic topics.\nAdvise each department head on implementation of new processes and provide timely updates to senior management (e.g. strategic analysis, project updates, etc).\nAct as liaison with other teams such as brand marketing, local marketing, engagement marketing, etc to identify opportunities for collaborative wins.\nWork with the analytics team to build a monitoring system for funnel performance, lead quality, and demographic mix.\nManage direct reports KPI and performance.\nThe day-to-day activities:\nWork with internal and external stakeholders to reach driver acquisition and activation targets.\nMeet with other departments/business verticals to report current performance and acquisition results.\nDefine and regularly update team KPI.\nCreate end-of-week reports.\nConceptualize and execute regular acquisition campaigns.\nSupport on-ground acquisition activities and work with external vendors to plan and execute acquisition events.\nLead strategic discussion with internal and external business verticals.\nCreate and update acquisition dashboard and database.\n The must haves:\nBachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related 4-year related course\nStrong background in lead generation, multi-funnel acquisition, talent sourcing, or recruiting. Experience with 2-wheel rider acquisition is a plus.\nMust be knowledgeable about transport, cars and the automotive industry, preferably knows how to drive.\nVery strong communication skills and attention to details\nProficient in Microsoft/Google productivity tools.
