Work here is inter-disciplinary - a combination of strategy initiative, data analyzing and operation.\nGet to Know the Role\nThis role is a balance of strategy-operation, analytics, and stakeholder management on partner acquisition in all Grab Thailand - leading day-to-day coordination with related parties i.e., Driver operation, Marketing, City Expansion and Community management team to grow the supply.\nThe Critical Tasks You Will Perform\nLead the driver acquisition function to support rapid growth in expansion cities\nInitiate strategies, online/offline campaigns and execution plans for driver acquisition to maintain healthy supply and secure drivers\nDesign efficient incentives and operation flows to drive supply growth and work with cross-functional teams to execute\nIdentify the parameters to track performance and create monitoring criteria as well as tracking dashboards to present to the management\nBudget management - Manage and plan budget allocation and track cost from initiatives\nBuild presentation to influence senior stakeholders and enable data driven decision making\n What Essential Skills You Will Need\nA minimum 1-3 year of relevant work experience in business related fields, sales or technology firms\nWorking knowledge of SQL is preferred but not essential\nStrong in both operational and analytical skills\nQuantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these to actionable business insights\nTeam / project management - effective management of people and resources. Ability to cascade clarity around priorities and targets.\nProficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
