They use people data, research, and AI to help Grabbers, managers, People teams, and business leaders understand workforce trends. Additionally, they use these tools to help leaders make informed decisions. The team combines qualitative and quantitative research with AI-enabled tools to turn findings into practical insights and actions.\nGet to Know the Role\nAs a People Research Scientist Intern, you will apply research methods, quantitative analysis, and AI-enabled tools to questions about people and organisations.\nYou will contribute to research and workflow automation, evaluate People programmes, and help translate evidence into useful insights for People and business leaders.
