We make critical decisions to serve the lives of merchant-partners and providing best offers for our consumers.\nGet to Know the Role\nWe are looking for an Operations Analytics Lead to spearhead data-driven decision-making across our merchant strategy and control tower operations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution-autonomously translating complex operational challenges into analytical models, automated dashboards, and actionable business insights.\nYou will own end-to-end analytics initiatives spanning merchant acquisition, incubation, and segmentation frameworks verticals.
