We work with merchant partners on Campaigns, Ads, and lending solutions, alongside coordinating with merchant operations, marketing, and central teams.\nGet to Know the Role\nYou will lead commercial performance for West Java. You will have team leads who lead daily field operations and manage most of the sales team. Your focus will be to align priorities across both teams, coordinate regional sales plans, facilitate OKR-setting discussions, and drive strategic projects with your team and central partners. You will report to the Territory Commercial Head overseeing these regions and represent your region in cross-region and cross-territory discussions.
