This isn't just any role; it's a chance to affect millions of lives every day.\nYou will work onsite at our office in Petaling Jaya.\nThe Critical Tasks You Will Perform\nYou will transform requirements into concise data requirements, identify trends, spot anomalies, build insights through dashboards and presentations to create comprehensive views for decision-making.\nYou will develop data pipelines and custom data science models to solve identified problems.\nYou will create data-driven hypotheses and collaborate with product and engineering teams to design experiments that inform important product decisions.\nYou will design data specifications for new products, ensuring accurate data collection.\nYou will launch A/B and timeslice experiments, analyse results, and provide relevant recommendations.\nYou will conduct targeted analysis for specific products and operations, to find new business/product opportunities, define critical business metrics, and track them rigorously.\nYou will work with partners to scope problems and enhance internal processes through automation.\nYou will build existing AI tools and capabilities to enhance overall productivity for the Analytics function\n What Essential Skills You Will Need\nYou have 4 or more years in data-related or quantitative fields\nYou are fluent in SQL, Python, R, or other scripting/programming languages. Your comfort with very large datasets and complex Extract, Transform, and Load processes sets you apart.\nStatistical knowledge: You have hands-on experience running and analysing controlled experiments, turning data into relevant insights.\nYou can help narrow down multiple options into the best approach, and take ownership of open-ended ambiguous business problems. Propose novel solutions that go beyond common practice\nYou have skills in designing experiments, data visualisation and storytelling.
