Your expertise will drive the design process, influencing strategic decisions that enhance overall user experience. You'll work closely with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Business teams to tackle complex problem areas. You will report to the Designer Manager and work onsite at the Grab One North office in Singapore.\nThe Critical Tasks You Will Perform\nDemonstrate excellent design thinking and craft fundamentals across visual, interactive, content, and information architecture design.\nAdvocate for design excellence and system-wide approaches, guiding cross-functional partners and teams.\nDrive design-led initiatives in challenging problem spaces in collaboration with cross-functional partners.\nContribute to the design/product strategy with a holistic customer-centric perspective.\nContribute to improvements to the design system, fostering a culture of ownership, participation, and innovation.\nConduct and facilitate various design processes to enhance the quality of outcomes.\nParticipate in shaping the evolution of our design organization, improving design culture, empowerment, and processes.\nSupport a culture of design excellence by fostering collaboration, constructive feedback, and knowledge sharing within the team.\n What Essential Skills You Will Need\nProvide a portfolio of your recent design work in English, showcasing your contribution and the impact of your projects.
