We are a diverse team of technology practitioners looking to outserve Grabbers with positive, personalised IT experiences, and we are looking for individuals with similar customer-centric and values to join our growing team.\nGet to Know the Role\nThe Senior Solution Specialist will report directly to the Delivery Manager for Finance Systems. As a Solution Specialist, Finance Systems, you will work with GTS teams and Finance users to understand challenges, current processes and system requirements. You will translate these needs into future-state application requirements, process improvements and solution designs, working with other teams and external implementation partners where required.\nYou will focus on managing change requests and project implementations within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment, with an emphasis on Record-to-Report (R2R) processes. Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) will be an advantage.\nThe Critical Tasks You Will Perform\nLead Finance Systems change requests and project implementations from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment and post-go-live stabilisation.\nCollaborate with Finance partners to understand needs, document all-state processes, standardise requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.\nTranslate requirements into functional solution designs, configuration recommendations, process improvements and implementation plans.\nAssess the impact, risks, dependencies and priorities of proposed changes across finance processes, data, integrations and related applications.\nCoordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, test-result validation and business approval.\nWork with technical teams, Oracle Support, implementation partners and Finance partners to deliver integrations, data migrations, enhancements, releases and quarterly Oracle Fusion Cloud upgrades.\nEvaluate new Oracle platform capabilities and conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs) to assess feasibility, value and agreement on Finance requirements.\nDrive change adoption through process documentation, user guides, training materials, partner communication, knowledge transfer and continuous improvement of R2R processes.\n What Essential Skills You Will Need\nAt least 3+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud applications, including knowledge of module interactions and integrations with third-party applications.\nExperience managing at least two full lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud projects, including delivery of R2R solutions.\nKnowledge of Oracle Finance Cloud, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Tax.
