You will manage a team of internal and external support consultants, ensuring effective service delivery, operational stability, continuous improvement and strong stakeholder satisfaction.\nYou will lead a team of more than 15 consultants and specialists across Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and India. This role requires a leader who combines strong people and stakeholder management with hands-on functional and technical expertise in finance ERP environments. You are passionate about managing, coaching and mentoring a team.\nYou will act as the senior operational owner for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and related finance platforms.
