You'll help shape how technology supports our people, manufacturing operations, customers, and continued growth.\nWhat You'll Own\nIT Leadership & Infrastructure\nLead IT priorities, planning, budgets, vendors, and technology improvements.\nManage Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure, networks, endpoints, cloud services, and IT support.\nBuild reliable, scalable technology solutions that support our operations and multiple facilities.\nEstablish practical IT standards, documentation, and support processes.\nBusiness Systems & NetSuite\nOwn the administration, performance, and continuous improvement of NetSuite ERP.\nSupport and improve connected business applications, including HubSpot, RF-SMART, Power BI, Jira, and Slack.\nPartner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to improve workflows and reporting.\nIdentify opportunities to eliminate manual work, improve data accuracy, and connect systems more effectively.\nCybersecurity & Business Continuity\nLead day-to-day cybersecurity practices, access controls, system protection, and risk reduction.\nMaintain backup, recovery, and business continuity processes.\nWork with internal teams and external partners to maintain a secure technology environment.\nProjects, Automation & Growth\nLead technology implementations, integrations, upgrades, and improvement initiatives.\nSupport manufacturing technology, facility expansion, and operational systems.\nExplore practical applications of automation, AI, and business intelligence.\nHelp ensure our technology investments deliver measurable business value.\nWhat You'll Bring\n7+ years of progressive IT experience, ideally including leadership or management responsibilities.\nStrong experience administering ERP or business systems; NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.\nHands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure, networking, cloud environments, and IT infrastructure.\nSolid understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and business continuity.\nExperience leading projects, managing vendors, and improving technology processes.\nThe ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical teams.\nA practical, solutions-oriented approach and the willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.\nExperience in manufacturing, multi-site operations, automation, or business intelligence is a plus.
