We’re looking for someone with soldering experience, attention to detail, and-just as importantly-a great attitude and willingness to help the team.\nIf you enjoy working with your hands and want an opportunity where you can continue building your skills, this could be a great next step.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSoldering will be an important part of your role, but you won’t necessarily do the exact same thing every day.\nYou may move between different areas of production based on customer demand and the needs of the team, including:\nSoldering and product assembly\nBuilding GracePort® products\nKitting components and materials\nPicking parts and orders\nInspection and quality checks\nPackaging and shipping\nReceiving and inventory support\nYou’ll use work instructions, build charts, bills of materials, and product configurations to make sure each product is built correctly and meets customer specifications.\nBecause we work as a team, you’ll also help coworkers when needed to keep orders moving and customers taken care of.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nYou’ll be a strong fit if you:\nHave previous soldering experience\nHave a strong mechanical aptitude\nHave good manual dexterity and take pride in quality work\nPay attention to the small details\nCan follow written work instructions and bills of materials\nAre comfortable learning different areas of production\nWork well independently but enjoy being part of a smaller, collaborative team\nBring a positive attitude and are willing to jump in where needed\nCan safely lift up to 50 lbs. when required\nPrevious manufacturing experience is required. A high school diploma is expected, and additional technical education, such as an associate or bachelor degree can create additional opportunities for growth.\nYour Schedule\nYou’ll work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM.\nSome overtime is available or may be needed depending on production requirements. Employees with strong soldering skills may have additional overtime opportunities when demand is high.\nA Different Kind of Production Environment\nIf your picture of manufacturing involves a huge, hot, noisy plant, this isn't that environment.\nYou’ll work in an air-conditioned facility with a relatively low noise level and a close-knit production team of just under 20 people.\nWe also keep the coffee flowing and provide free coffee, soda, drinks, and snacks every day.\nMore importantly, you’ll work with people who help one another.
