Team Leadership
Train and develop coffee house employees while investing in both their professional skills and spiritual growth.
Lead the Assistant Manager and create a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration.
Provide regular coaching and feedback that equips the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Operational Excellence
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coffee house, ensuring systems are organized, efficient, and consistently executed.
Manage inventory and daily workflows so the team is prepared to serve customers well.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and create a smooth, dependable operation.
Business Stewardship
Actively look for opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and expand the customer base.
Steward inventory and resources with wisdom, balancing quality, availability, and profitability.
Customer Experience

This role serves as the operational leader of the Inspire Coffee House, whose mission is to create an equipping space for adults with disabilities to learn, develop, and be discipled in the workforce while engaging with the community.
We are looking for someone who creates an exceptional experience for every guest, builds a healthy and welcoming team behind the scenes, and turns everyday interactions into meaningful moments of hospitality. You develop people, create systems that bring consistency, and steward the business so it remains both financially sustainable and missionally effective.
