The ideal candidate will work closely with team members to provide exceptional, engaged service to our customers, and promote an environment of respect, support, and grace in the dining room.\nThe full Job Description will be shared during the interview process.\nDuties & Essential Functions (these are not all-inclusive):\nAssists the General Manager as directed.\nTrains, schedules, and delegates work assignments to all Front of House department team members including, but not limited to sommeliers, servers, bartenders, barbacks, server assistants, runners, hosts, and reservationists.\nDevelops positive customer relationships and addresses customer service needs.\nResponds efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.\nAppraises staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.\nDevelops strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.\nLiaises between employees and General Manager (“GM”).\nHolds staff accountable to restaurant policies, procedures, service standards, and steps of service.\nMaintains physical facilities within the restaurant space.\nImplements policies and protocols for restaurant operations.\nPrevious hospitality experience preferred (5+ years).\nMust be able to lift heavy boxes (at least 50 lbs).\nAbility to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods of time over multiple floors.\nOccasional kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing is required.\nAvailable to work weekends, nights, and holidays as the business dictates.\nMust be of legal age according to State regulations to serve alcohol (18 years).\nFluent in written and spoken English.\nFood handler’s certification.\nNew York State’s Pay Transparency Law requires employers to include a range of pay
