The Intern will serve as a liaison between the Event team, and clients, and vendors. They support events planning & operations, produce invoices & reports, and help ensure project deadlines are met.\nEssential Job Duties & Responsibilities:\nJob duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:\nReports to the Director of Events and Events Manager. \nAssists with events planning, administration, operations, financial analysis, and market research.\nLiaises with clients on event details. \nCommunicates event details to Operations and Culinary teams and supports in set up, execution, and client follow up and event close out. \nAttends meetings and takes minutes.\nTypes, formats, and edits reports, documents, and presentations. Print all menus, place cards, cocktail cards and other materials as necessary for all events. \nInventories, event supplies & materials.
