Your work will directly influence our global business outcomes by optimizing cloud operations and delivering seamless, high-availability experiences for our internal and external users.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Architect and oversee the migration of legacy systems to hybrid cloud environments to improve operational agility and reduce technical debt for the organization.\n\n- Design and implement secure identity management frameworks using ADFS and Office 365 to ensure seamless access control and data integrity across the enterprise.\n\n- Lead the automation of infrastructure provisioning by leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to accelerate deployment cycles and minimize human error.\n\n- Manage complex IP networking and VPN configurations to maintain secure, low-latency connectivity between on-premises data centers and multi-cloud environments.\n\n- Provide strategic technical oversight for Cloud Operations, establishing best practices for monitoring, incident response, and performance tuning to ensure 99.99% service availability.\n\n- Mentor senior engineering teams and influence architectural decision-making to align technical roadmaps with long-term business growth objectives.\n\nRequired Skillset :\n\n- Demonstrated expertise in designing large-scale, multi-cloud architectures on Azure and AWS, with a deep understanding of cloud-native design patterns and service integration.\n\n- Proven ability to manage complex enterprise ecosystems involving SharePoint and Office 365, ensuring high-level security, compliance, and user adoption.\n\n- Advanced proficiency in networking protocols, VPN tunnels, and ADFS configurations, coupled with the ability to troubleshoot intricate connectivity issues in a distributed environment.\n\n- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical leadership.\n\n- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of leading high-impact infrastructure projects within a 15 -
