The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering at least 12 full ServiceNow projects independently, from requirement gathering to deployment, and can work with minimal supervision.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and customize applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.\n\n- Build and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, ACLs, and workflows/flow designer flows.\n\n- Develop and integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.\n\n- Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions on the platform.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects.\n\n- Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.\n\n- Work independently with minimal guidance, taking ownership of assigned modules/projects end-to-end.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 7+ years of overall IT development experience, with at least 1-2 years / 1-2 full-cycle projects specifically on the ServiceNow platform.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Glide APIs, Server-side & Client-side scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, Service Portal, App Engine Studio, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP Web Services, and MID Server.\n\n- Experience in at least one ServiceNow custom Application implementation.\n\n- Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, and CMDB.\n\n- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.\n\n- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.\n\nGood to Have :\n\n- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.\n\n- Exposure to DevOps practices for ServiceNow (source control, CI/CD for
