The program concludes with a final presentation where you’ll showcase your achievements and the difference you’ve made.\nThe purpose of this job is to learn through immersion within our communications, brand and events team by delivering impactful, engaging experiences for employees and external audiences. This job offers hands-on exposure to a variety of communication functions, including internal communications, brand campaigns and event support.\nAs a shared resource between the Senior Manager, Internal Communications and Global Brand Manager, the Communications and Events intern will assist with content creation, logistics coordination, and brand-aligned storytelling across multiple channels throughout the summer, closing with a final presentation to the Leadership Team.\nWhat You Will Do at Graco\nSupport internal communications efforts, including drafting employee messages and intranet content. \nSupport and maintain digital employee communication channels.\nHelp coordinate logistics and communications for employee and retiree events. \nSupport updated brand guideline and content guide rollout and other related brand projects.\nBenchmark corporate social media practices and identify opportunities to strengthen brand and executive presence.\nCollaborate with teams to ensure consistent and timely messaging. \nPresent findings and project work to the Leadership Team.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat You Will Bring to Graco\nJunior pursuing a degree in Communications, or Business from an accredited university\nStrong writing and organizational skills \nInterest in communications, branding, event planning and execution\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment\nProactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn\nProficient Microsoft Office usage skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot)\nAbility to work independently on assigned projects\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and unrestricted basis.
