The Engineering Safety Technician plays a vital role in troubleshooting equipment, driving continuous improvements in the assembly area, and supporting the Safety and Prevention department to ensure safe and ergonomic working conditions.\nWhat You Will Do at Graco:\nAssist the Safety and Prevention department by conducting risk assessments and documenting safety procedures\nCreate and maintain safety instruction cards (VIK) and commissioning reports\nAssisting assemblers in solving technical problems\nPerform maintenance or repairs on tooling and equipment\nInitiate and complete projects to improve efficiency, productivity, and responsiveness while ensuring ergonomic working conditions\nDetermine the most cost-effective ways to reduce overstock through reworking or disassembly of suspected units\nFollow up on Quality issues and Engineering Changes, perform tests and inform relevant departments of any necessary information\nUpdate and maintain all technical information and instructions to ensure the most recent revisions are available for the assembly of high-quality products\nAssess assembly fixtures, tooling, and equipment according to CE requirements and follow up on legal safety and prevention requirements\nMaintain Bill of Materials in order processing system (Oracle) and create / adjust work orders if necessary\nWhat You Will Bring to Graco:\nA Bachelor’s degree in Electro-Mechanics or an equivalent technical field\nA Degree as Prevention Advisor (Level 3) is preferred\nProven experience in Prevention & Safety within a technical environment\nA strong ability to understand complex technical and organizational problems\nGood written and spoken communication skills in Dutch and English\nExperience with MS-Windows applications, including Word, Excel\nThe ability to handle installation of new equipment and general facility maintenance activities\nPractical mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach\nAt Graco, you truly make a difference.
