Graco is part of your daily life.\nThis role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027.\nThe Principal IT Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions within Graco's Digital Experience, Customer Engagement, and CRM portfolio. This position drives cross-functional planning, integrated execution, and successful implementation of strategic digital initiatives that enhance customer experience, accelerate commercial growth, and strengthen marketing and sales effectiveness.\nThis role partners closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, Sales, Customer Service, and IT teams to deliver scalable, innovative, and customer-centric technology solutions across CRM, Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), Marketing Technology (MarTech), Customer Data, and Commerce ecosystems. The individual ensures delivery excellence while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and driving adoption of modern digital capabilities that support Graco's business objectives.\nWhat You Will Do at Graco\nDigital Experience & CRM Delivery Leadership\nOwn end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across the Digital Experience, CRM, Marketing Technology, Customer Data, and Commerce roadmap, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business priorities.\nLead implementation and enhancement of customer-facing platforms including CRM, digital experience platforms, content management systems, marketing automation solutions, customer data platforms, customer portals, and eCommerce technologies.\nPartner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Corporate Communications, and Digital Commerce teams to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions.\nDrive successful execution of strategic digital transformation initiatives that improve customer engagement, lead generation, customer retention, digital customer experience, and revenue growth.\nCross-Functional Work Integration\nLead planning, sequencing, and integration of work across business, product, technology, data, and digital experience teams.\nCoordinate delivery across multiple technology domains, including CRM, DXP, MarTech, Analytics, Commerce, Customer Data, and Enterprise Integrations.\nManage and optimize resource allocation across internal teams, vendors, implementation partners, agencies, and system integrators.\nDrive execution with external technology providers and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.\nOversee environment management, release planning, and deployment activities to support continuous delivery and minimize business disruption.\nDigital Platform & Product Delivery\nEstablish and maintain delivery governance for digital products and platforms.\nCollaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to prioritize roadmaps, manage dependencies, and align technology investments with business outcomes.\nEnsure scalable integration between digital platforms and enterprise systems including ERP, Product Information Management (PIM), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), analytics, and other customer-facing applications.\nSupport adoption of Agile and product-centric delivery practices to improve speed, quality, and business value realization.\nRisk, Quality & Performance Management\nProactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and issues.\nEstablish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, delivery metrics, and platform performance measures across digital products and programs.\nEnsure delivery standards, governance processes, security requirements, and best practices are consistently applied.\nChampion continuous improvement through lessons learned, innovation, and optimization of delivery practices.\nStakeholder Management & Strategic Partnership\nBuild trusted relationships with executive leadership and business stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Service, Customer Experience, and IT.\nDrive a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and delivery excellence.\nFacilitate executive communications, roadmap reviews, delivery reporting, and strategic planning discussions.\nAlign technology delivery efforts with organizational objectives, customer experience goals, and commercial growth strategies.\nWhat You Will Bring to Graco\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field.\n7+ years of experience in IT project, program, product, or delivery management within large-scale enterprise environments.\n5+ years of experience leading delivery of Digital Experience, CRM, MarTech, eCommerce, or customer engagement platforms.\nHands-on experience delivering enterprise solutions such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Cloud, Optimizely, Sitecore, CommerceTools, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle CX, HubSpot, or related technologies.\nExperience leading website modernization, digital transformation, customer experience, marketing technology, CRM, or commerce platform initiatives.\nProven success delivering cloud-based SaaS platforms and integrated customer engagement ecosystems.\nStrong understanding of customer journey management, lead-to-revenue processes, customer lifecycle management, digital marketing capabilities, personalization, analytics, and customer data management.\nExperience managing globally distributed teams, technology vendors, implementation partners, and agency relationships.\nStrong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, product operating models, and modern software delivery practices.\nExcellent leadership, communication, executive stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.\nAccelerators\nMaster's degree in a relevant field.\nExperience supporting B2B digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing, industrial, or commercial organizations.\nExperience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), personalization, customer analytics, and AI-driven marketing solutions.\nPMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, CSPO, ITIL, Salesforce, Adobe, Dynamics 365, or related technology certifications.\nProven track record leading digital customer experience, commerce, and customer engagement transformation programs.\nExperience implementing omnichannel customer experience
