Graco is part of your daily life.\nThe Principal Technical Product Manager (TPM) is responsible formanaging the roadmap, implementation, and operations of technology solutions that support Graco’s core business functions. The individual in this position will understand the company’s technologies and business processes at a deep level and collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure the delivery of impactful, scalableand innovative solutions - aligned with the overall IT roadmap and business/function strategy. He/she will also work to modernize and optimize business applications to enable the business/function priorities, partnering closely with business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver initiatives that enhance efficiency and operational excellence across the organization through the implementation of new technologies.\nWhat You Will Do at Graco:\nProduct Management\nExecute a comprehensive product roadmap for enterprise application platforms at Graco, focusing on business process optimization, automationand the adoption of enterprise solutions to drive operational efficiencies.\n\nLead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise business applications that align and enable business goals and overarching IT strategy.\n\nManage product backlogs, process flows, functional designs, test plansand other deliverables to support solution delivery.\n\nBusiness Relationship Management\nBuild and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, fostering trust and collaboration between IT and business leadership.\n\nAct as liaison between the IT team and the business function. Serve as technology thought leader and advisor for the business, helping to identifyand prioritize technology solutions to enable functional strategies.\n\nCollaborate across the IT function and cross-functional business stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technology requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery of product enhancements.\n\nTechno-Functional Leadership\nSupport with subject matter expertisethe enterprise CRM and/or ERP systems, supply chain and manufacturing applications, and digital experience (DXP) and e-commerce platforms Demonstrate advanced knowledge of business process workflows across Opportunity to Quote to Order, Procureto Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Hire to Retire businessprocesses\n\nLead initiatives to modernize and re-platform applications to the cloud, overseeing integration efforts and ensuring smooth transition between cloud and on-premises applications.\n\nAnalyze and recommend opportunities to improve existing business processes through technology solutions, recommending solutions that enable simplification, globalization, unification, and harmonization of processes across functions and regions.\n\nDevelop and deliver training sessions to drive understanding of how to use core business application platforms and drive adoption.\n\nWhat You Will Bring to Graco:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\n\n7+ years of overall IT experience with strong domain expertisein implementing enterprise ERP, CRM, Supply chain or manufacturing applications.\n\n2+ years of experience with Oracle EBS (R12 or later) or Oracle Fusion SaaS ERP with functional expertiseleading the configuration and setups of the applications.\n\nProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage moderately complex, medium to large-scale technology projects with global teams and system integrators.\n\nExpertisein Agile / Scrum methodologies and product management best practices.\n\nExcellent communication, stakeholder managementand problem-solving skills.\n\nAccelerators\nMaster’s degree in a relevant field.\n\nExperience in the manufacturing industry or other complex, process-driven environments.\n\nExperience with cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives.\n\nKey Competencies\nStrategic Thinking: Ability to support the development of a clear, long-term roadmap aligned with business goals.\n\nLeadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and workingwith both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nProactivity: Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.\n\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and unrestricted basis.
