Graco is part of your daily life.\nThe Senior Platform Engineer - Endpoint defines and operates the enterprise endpoint management platform to deliver secure, reliable and scalable device services across global office, remote and manufacturing environments. This position owns endpoint architecture, standards and platform strategy for Intune/Autopilot and Jamf/macOS, including compliance, provisioning, application delivery and patch management. Additionally, this position drives platform health through engineering design, telemetry and continuous improvement, and partners closely with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and Service Desk teams to ensure stable and scalable endpoint services. The individual in this position also serves as the senior escalation point for complex or systemic endpoint issues while enabling ongoing improvement of the digital workplace environment.\nWhat You Will Do at Graco\nDigital Workforce Experience\nEnsure consistent, reliable endpoint services that enable a seamless end user experience across office, remote and manufacturing environments\n\nDesign platform standards and guardrails the reduce incidents and improve Service Desk effectiveness\n\nBalance security, usability and operational requirements when designing endpoint solutions\n\nCommunicate platform changes, risks and known issues clearly to IT partners and stakeholders when user or production impact is expected\n\nEndpoint Engineering & Platform Ownership\nOwn endpoint architecture, standards and core platforms including Intune, Autopilot and Jamf\n\nDefine and maintain provisioning models, compliance baselines, application delivery and configuration standards\n\nLead design and implementation of endpoint solutions that support enterprise and manufacturing environments\n\nPartner with Security to define and enforce endpoint compliance, access and protection standards\n\nPlatform Reliability & Issue Resolution\nAct as Tier 3 escalation point for complex endpoint issues involving Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments\n\nLead root cause analysis and resolution of systemic endpoint issues, such as enrollment failures, policy conflicts, configuration drift, and update failures\n\nSupport high-impact issues impacting shared workstations, role-based devices, and manufacturing environments\n\nPartner with Service Desk, Security and Infrastructure teams to implement permanent correct actions\n\nContinuous Improvement\nDrive continuous improvement with a bias for automation of endpoint platforms, tooling, and operational processes\n\nDefine, maintain and improve endpoint standards, reference architectures and troubleshooting playbooks\n\nLeverage telemetry and trend analysis to improve platform stability and reduce operational noise\n\nOperational Support\nServe as a senior escalation resource as part of an on-call rotation for critical endpoint platform incidents\n\nRespond to business-critical endpoint failures outside standard business hours when required\n\nCoordinate cross-team response during outages or high-impact endpoint events.\n\nWhat You Will Bring to Graco\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in engineering enterprise endpoint environments\n\nDeep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, endpoint compliance, update strategies and application lifecycle management\n\nStrong experience with macOS enterprise management using Jamf or equivalent tooling\n\nProven ability to design endpoint architectures and lead cross-functional technical solutions\n\nExperience supporting manufacturing or operationally critical environments\n\nAbility to operate and both technical and platform levels, translating business needs into endpoint solutions\n\nExperience influencing cross-functional teams including Security, Infrastructure and Service Delivery\n\nAccelerators\nMaster’s degree in a relevant technical field\n\nJamf 200/300/400 certifications or equivalent macOS management certifications\n\nExperience working in global manufacturing organizations.\n\nExperience supporting cloud modernization or digital workplace transformation initiatives\n\nBehavioral Competencies\nSucceeding as One with Our Customers - Aligns endpoint solutions to real business and operational needs.\n\nCommunicate & Collaborate - Clearly communicates complex technical concepts across IT and business teams.\n\nReliable Under Any Circumstance - Maintains control and sound judgment during high-impact incidents.\n\nDo What You Say - Demonstrates ownership and accountability for platform outcomes.\n\nDrive Results - Delivers measurable improvements to stability, security, and user experience.\n\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and unrestricted basis.
