Graco is part of your daily life.\nThis role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027.\nGraco is seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Platform Administrator to support and enhance the platforms that power our digital customer experiences.\nIn this role, you will help ensure the reliability, security, performance, and usability of our eCommerce, web, product information, content, digital asset, email, and related marketing technology platforms. You will partner with Marketing, Digital Commerce, Product Management, IT, and technology vendors to resolve issues, deliver enhancements, and continuously improve our digital ecosystem.\nWhat You Will Do at Graco\nManage & Support Marketing Technology Platforms\nAdminister and support platforms including commerce tools, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Enterworks (Precisely PIM), Cloudflare, SendGrid, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and analytics tools.\nTroubleshoot platform, integration, access, configuration, publishing, and performance issues.\nManage users, roles, permissions, security settings, workflows, business rules, and application configurations.\nMonitor platform health and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and technology vendors.\nSupport releases, upgrades, testing, deployments, and production validation.\nEnable Digital Experiences\nSupport web and eCommerce content publishing, product information, catalogs, digital assets, and email communications.\nHelp maintain accurate and consistent product information across customer-facing digital channels.\nPartner with business teams to improve SEO, accessibility, site performance, and user experience.\nSupport integrations and data exchange across marketing and enterprise platforms.\nDrive Continuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve platform reliability, performance, usability, and maintainability.\nEvaluate and adopt vendor-recommended and out-of-the-box capabilities where appropriate.\nSupport new capabilities, documentation, knowledge sharing, training, governance, and platform standards.\nStay current with evolving marketing technologies and vendor product roadmaps.\nWhat You Will Bring to Graco\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing Technology, Business Technology, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, digital platforms, or marketing technology solutions.\nHands-on experience with one or more eCommerce, CMS, PIM, DAM, CDN, email, or marketing technology platforms.\nUnderstanding of digital commerce, web content management, product information management, and digital customer experiences.\nExperience with platform administration, security, workflows, APIs, integrations, and data exchange.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve issues across multiple systems.\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with business teams, IT, and external vendors.\nAbility to learn new technologies and operate effectively in a rapidly evolving digital environment.\nAccelerators\nExperience with commerce tools, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Enterworks/Precisely PIM, Cloudflare, or SendGrid.\nKnowledge of REST APIs, JSON, web services, and integration concepts.\nExperience supporting global websites, eCommerce, or enterprise digital ecosystems.\nFamiliarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments.\nRelevant Adobe, Cloudflare, commerce tools, or related technology certifications.\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and unrestricted basis.
