Graco is part of your daily life.\nThis role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027.\nThe Technology Integration Program Manager\nis responsible for planning and coordinating all diligence and integration activities for IT during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transformation initiatives. This position serves as the primary IT leader for the IMO, working across the Infrastructure, Applications, Data & Analytics, and Security teams to ensure there are integrated IT scope, priorities, and timeline that deliver on integration objectives, synergies, risk management, and the target operating model without disrupting business continuity. The position partners closely with IT leaders, acquired company counterparts, and cross-functional teams to deliver milestones on time and with minimal disruption.\nWhat You Will Do at Graco\nIntegration Planning & Execution\nOrchestrate IT diligence, integration planning, and execution for the assigned workstream - working across the Infrastructure, Applications, Data & Analytics, and Security teams so each has clear scope and priorities, and their work converges into a single functional plan.\nDevelop and maintain the functional integration roadmap, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.\nTranslate integration objectives into actionable work plans aligned with the overall integration strategy.\nEnsure completion of all functional integration activities within agreed timelines and scope.\nCoordinate with acquired company counterparts to facilitate successful integration execution.\nPartner with the IT Function team to determine the overall tech rationalization plan (retain, consolidate, migrate, or retire), with delivery of tech rationalization owned by each respective IT sub-function.\nOwn IT Day-1 readiness across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, collaboration, end-user services, and service management to ensure a secure and seamless transition with minimal business disruption.\nSynergy & Value Capture\nIdentify, validate, and support delivery of integration synergies and value creation opportunities.\nEstablish functional KPIs and success metrics aligned with deal objectives.\nMonitor progress against synergy targets and proactively address risks to realization.\nRecommend process improvements and standardization opportunities that contribute to business value.\nSupport realization of infrastructure-related synergies through standardization, platform consolidation, operational efficiency improvements, and elimination of redundant technologies\nSupport the planning and orchestration of acquired data into Graco’s enterprise platform certified enterprise definitions without disrupting financial, executive, or operational reporting.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nServe as the primary point of contact between the IT function and the Integration Management Office.\nManage IT interdependencies and collaborate with other workstream leaders to resolve issues and remove barriers.\nParticipate in integration governance forums, provide timely progress updates, and pace the workstream against IMO milestones using the IMO’s planning and tracking tools, flagging timing or dependency risks early.\nEscalate significant risks, issues, or resource constraints to leadership when appropriate.\nEnsure application integration decisions align with enterprise application standards, platform strategy, and long-term architectural roadmaps.\nPartner with Infrastructure, Security, Enterprise Architecture, Applications, and business stakeholders to ensure technology integration decisions balance business continuity, operational stability, cybersecurity, and long-term strategic objectives.\nManage the integration risk register for key findings, owners, target dates, remediation, dependencies, and risk acceptance items.\nPartner with Finance, IT, HR, Sales, and Operations leads to align on shared data definitions, source-system dependencies, and reporting requirements, ensuring each function’s data needs are captured in one integrated plan rather than solved in silos.\nChange Management & Communication\nSupport stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and change management activities.\nDrive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.\nBuild alignment among stakeholders and foster collaboration across organizations.\nHelp maintain employee engagement and business continuity through the integration process.\nSupport end-user training and adoption planning for new or migrated applications, coordinating with functional business owners to minimize disruption during cutover.\nGovernance & Risk Management\nEstablish and maintain workstream reporting, status tracking, and issue logs.\nIdentify risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruption and execution challenges.\nEnsure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\nCapture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of integration methodologies and tools.\nConfirm with the owning IT teams that acquired entities meet enterprise standards for infrastructure operations, service management, monitoring, backup and recovery, endpoint management, and technology lifecycle before transition to steady-state operations.\nEnsure operational ownership, support processes, documentation, asset inventories, and service transition activities are completed before transitioning acquired environments to steady-state operations.\nDeliver Day-1 and Day-100 reporting commitments, apply enterprise governance and metric standards to acquired data, and transition the entity from deal-specific support to business-as-usual analytics ownership.\nWhat You Will Bring to Graco\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.\n7+ years of IT experience, including leading projects, programs, transformations, or business integrations.\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\nAbility to influence and drive alignment without direct authority; strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nWorking knowledge of enterprise application ecosystems (e.g., ERP such as Oracle Fusion or SAP; CRM such as Salesforce) and how they interrelate in a post-merger environment.\nFamiliarity with system integration, data migration, and cutover planning, including integration platforms, master data management, and data mapping/reconciliation practices.\nWorking knowledge of enterprise infrastructure domains including cloud platforms, networking, compute, storage, collaboration technologies, identity and access management, endpoint services, and IT service management processes.\nExperience with infrastructure integrations, carve-outs, technology transformations, or M&A initiatives; experience partnering with enterprise architecture, security, and infrastructure teams is a plus.\nExperience supporting due diligence, integration planning, remediation tracking, and executive risk reporting for M&A or
